Services.

Core Proposition

Delivering Strategy & Risk Advisory services to help Boards and Senior Executives anticipate and manage risk, build resilience, and maximise the upside.

Philosophy underpinned by three pillars:

Knowledge: creating and sharing knowledge to turn complexity into opportunity, seizing the upside.

Strategy: being a trusted advisor, working closely with boards and leadership teams to formulate effective and sustainable solutions.

Partnership: going beyond conventional advisory to become a long-term partner to navigate the complexities of an ever-shifting landscape.

Themes

Insurance

Providing strategic, risk and regulatory advice and support to non-life, specialty insurance companies and corporates looking to review their risk transfer programmes:

  • Providing risk-based strategic guidance and support to Boards of Directors and Executive teams, for example in relation to plans to expand internationally.

  • Designing and reviewing forward-looking strategies and roadmaps — thematic, sectoral, or geographic in focus.

  • Mapping out integrated risk management pathways, from identification and assessment through to mitigation and risk transfer.

  • In-depth research and analysis on traditional and emerging risks shaping the global landscape, including geopolitical risks.

  • Horizon scanning, deep-dive assessment, scenario analysis, and strategic roadmapping to help clients anticipate change and adapt with confidence.

  • Developing tailored data reports and designing clear, visually engaging dashboards in Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or QlikSense.

  • Business partnering with data and business teams to support scenario analysis, market intelligence, compliance or operational planning.

Geopolitics

Helping organisations navigate today’s increasingly complex and volatile geopolitical landscape. From conflict-driven supply chain disruptions and business interruption, to threats to assets, personnel, and operations, as well as financial, economic and legal weaponisation, the implications for international businesses are profound.

  • Providing risk-based strategic guidance and support to Boards of Directors and Executive teams, for example in relation to plans to expand internationally or to de-risk or exit a volatile geography.

  • Assessing the political stability and regulatory trajectory of new markets before a merger, acquisition or capital investment.

  • Semi-annual or quarterly "world view" sessions that translate complex global shifts (e.g. great power competition, decoupling, regulatory divergence, regional conflicts).

  • Designing and facilitating high-stakes tabletop exercises for the C-Suite to rest response protocols for scenarios like sudden sanctions, asset expropriation, regional instability and conflict.

  • Designing and reviewing forward-looking strategies and roadmaps — thematic, sectoral, or geographic in focus.

  • Mapping out integrated risk management pathways, from identification and assessment through to mitigation and risk transfer strategies.

  • Exploring "What if" scenarios to help Boards avoid groupthink, stay ahead, and achieve competitive advantage.

Value add

Helping organisations align their long-term objectives with the risks and constraints imposed by an increasingly uncertain world, enhancing overall resilience and performance, staying ahead of disruptive trends, reducing blind spots, and making better-informed decisions.
